You are welcome to return any item in new condition to Essential Oils
and More within 60 days for a refund to your method of payment. To return an
item to our company, please follow the steps below.
1. Pack the items you wish to return and send them to the address
below.
2. Make sure you include your contact details or order number so
we can identify whom the order is from.
3. Make sure you insure your order, as we cannot be held
responsible for returns that are lost in the mail and never received by
Essential Oils and More
4. Once your return is received it will be processed promptly.
Your refund will be credited back to the credit card you used when making your
purchase. Please allow two billing cycles for your account to be credited. We
regret that we cannot refund your original shipping charges. The returned
merchandise will be credited to your credit card. We will deduct $6.50 from
your order refund for return postage if your shipping charges were $0.00.
